Sanctified by The Blood of Jesus Christ

Ezekiel 42

“So he measured all four sides. There was a wall all around it. The wall was 875 feet long and 875 feet wide. It separated what was holy from what was unholy." Ezekiel 42:20 (GW)

What is holy can not be in one place with what is unholy. There is a separation between the holy and the unholy. Because of sin, all people become unholy before God and can not have relationship with God. But, by the blood of Jesus, we are sanctified and justified. Sin that separates us from God has been redeemed by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Therefore, every people who believes in Jesus Christ will be given the grace to have relationship again with God. Even more, we will be borned again in Jesus Christ and will become God's children.

"And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By His death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting Him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water." Hebrews 10:19-22 (NLT)

Chosen by God

1 Chronicles 6

Levi was the third son of Jacob from Leah. He was named Levi because he made his father, Jacob, be joined to his mother Leah. (Genesis 29:34)

Once Levi killed the men of Shechem because of his anger. (Genesis 34:25) However, God chose Levi and his descendants to make others be joined closely to God, be priests for God.

By the salvation of Jesus Christ, we are chosen to be a royal priesthood. We are able to be closer to God. We are anointed and sanctified to serve God and others. We ara given privilege to be worshipers of God. We are given privilege to make peace, bring people to reconcile with God and bring people closer to God.

Give thanks to God for you are chosen by God. You have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ so that you are qualified, sanctified, anointed as a royal priest unto the Lord. Do your best in your ministry to God according to your call. Praise and worship God in spirit and truth.

"However, you are chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, people who belong to God. You were chosen to tell about the excellent qualities of God, who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not God's people, but now you are. Once you were not shown mercy, but now you have been shown mercy." 1 Peter 2:9-10 (GW)
