Isaiah 31
"Though you are such wicked rebels, My people, come and return to the Lord." Isaiah 31:6 (NLT)
God always wants to be close to us. But, we are often run away from God and leave God. Repent now. Come back to God. Return to the Lord. Seek God while you still having a chance. Where is peace other than in God? Where is safety place other than be with the Lord? How could you face problems without involving God? Where are pleasure and satisfaction of life other than in God? Where is salvation when you are apart from the Lord? Where the eternal joy come other than from God? How can you live without God?

Psalm 97
"You who love the Lord, hate evil! He protects the lives of his godly people and rescues them from the power of the wicked. Light shines on the godly, and joy on those whose hearts are right. May all who are godly rejoice in the Lord and praise his holy name!" Psalm 97:10-12 (NLT)
If your joy is lost, that is not a joy. The joy is not depend of what we feel or get. The joy will produce something even if we do not get anything because joy is the seed planted in our hearts by God. Whatever happens, we can always rejoice because God who gives joy to us. The conditions and the situation can not stole the joy of the Lord. We can still rejoice and praise God not because there is anything but because of everything. Every thing that happens reminds us that we are alive and be thankful for everything and in everything.
