Beef and Sausage Martabak Recipe


In this second day of my holiday, I made a Beef and Sausage Martabak. Usually Martabak is a fried dumpling filled with stir fried beef that mixed with egg and leek.

I got this recipe from @m_312_y instagram account with modify some ingredients.
It's so simple but delicious 😋😋😋

Ingredients :
150 gr minced beef meat
4 beef sausages, slice it as you like
1/2 onion
2 clove of garlic
3 tbsp margarine
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp rendang instant powder (I use MamaSuka)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp beef broth powder or salt
100 ml water
Spring roll skin
White egg

How to do it:
1. Stir fry margarine, onion, garlic
2. Add minced beef until its color change
3. Add sausage and water
4. Add rendang instant powder, beef broth powder, sugar, pepper
5. Cook until the water is gone
6. Mix the stir fried beef and sausage with egg
7. Get the spring roll skin
8. Add with the mix of beef and egg
9. Fold with white egg
