Psalm 61
"For You are my safe refuge, a fortress where my enemies cannot reach me. Let me live forever in Your sanctuary, safe beneath the shelter of Your wings! Interlude" Psalm 61:3-4 (NLT)
When storm comes, the hawk fly higher beyond the storm. Likewise, we should fly higher toward God when trouble comes. When we worship God and have intimacy with God, we dwell in His tents and we are safe in God's protection.
"You help the poor people. You help the helpless when they are in danger. You are like a shelter from storms. You are like shade that protects them from the heat. The cruel people attack like a rainstorm beating against the wall. The cruel people burn like the heat in the desert. But You, God, stop their violent attack. As a cloud cools a hot day, Lord, You silence the songs of those who have no mercy." Isaiah 25:4-5 (ICB)
