Ingredients :
100 gr Enoki Mushroom
4 tbsp crispy fried chicken flour
2 tbsp maizena corn flour
Cooking oil
How to cook it :
1. Cut the root of enoki mushroom
2. Wash it with water
3. Split the enoki mushroom
4. Spin dry it (I use smile mom tool)
5. Mix the crispy fried chicken flour and maizena corn flour in a bowl
6. Add the enoki mushroom and mix it well
7. Deep fry the enoki mushroom in cooking oil
It's done ! So simple yet delicious 😍😍😍
