Repent and Reform

2 Kings 22-23

Josiah had a change of heart and humbled himself in front of the Lord, he tore his clothes in distress and cried in front of the Lord when he heard God's words. God rebuked Josiah and Josiah did not hardened his heart. Josiah repented and asked for God's guidance. His life became better and bear fruit of repentance that can be seen from his reforms.

When you rebuke by the Word of God, do not harden your heart. That will make your life better as long as you obey to repent and bear fruit of repentance. Do not stop at the confession of your sins and ask for God's forgiveness. But, you must do a reform in your life and do what God wants you to do. Leave the old habits that are not useful. Do a new habits that build your life in God. Do a reform in everything that God has entrusted to you, in your ministry, in your work, in your school, in your college, in your family, in your environment.

"Prove by the way you live that you have repented of your sins and turned to God." Matthew 3:8 (NLT)
