2 Chronicles 24
Joash went away from God because he listened to the leaders of Judah after the death of Jehoiada. He decided to abandon the Temple of the Lord, the God of their ancestors, and they worshiped Asherah poles and idols instead! Because of this sin, divine anger fell on Judah and Jerusalem. Although the Arameans attacked with only a small army, the Lord helped them conquer the much larger army of Judah.
Let's evaluate our lives. Are you still in a right position before God? Have you shifted from the correct position and began to move away from God? Who made you away from God? What made you can not be who you need to be? What made you can not do what you need to do? Who messed up your life and made your life worse than before? What made you away from the purpose and mission that given in your life?
