Isaiah 60
"Darkness now covers the earth. Deep darkness covers her people. But the Lord shines on you, and people see His glory around you." Isaiah 60:2 (ICB)
Thank you Lord Jesus because it's only by grace we are saved. By Your sacrifice, we, sinful human, are sanctified and justified. It's only by Your mercy, we are redeemed. It's only by Your forgiveness, we do not perish and become Your children who call You, Abba Father. Thank Lord Jesus Christ who has brought us out of darkness into His marvelous light. We are chosen people, royal priesthoods, a holy nations, and we are people who belong to God to be His witness of His wonderful deeds and be His servants to declare His glory.
"However, you are chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, people who belong to God. You were chosen to tell about the excellent qualities of God, who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. Once you were not God’s people, but now you are. Once you were not shown mercy, but now you have been shown mercy." 1 Peter 2:9-10 (GW)
